DEMESMAY. Ami des bœufs: - Grâce à Demesmay, l'impôt sur le sel est aboli et le bétail peut en manger à bouche que veux-tu, ce qui, pour lui, est une grande douceur. Du reste il est à peu près prouvé que le sel n'engraisse pas l'homme.
